With rare exceptions, furniture, lighting and decorative accessories can be ordered to measure. Contact us by email, trade@novinea.fr , we will study this tailor-made request for your project for you.

A custom order allows you to change colors and fabrics, materials or dimensions of a piece of furniture while respecting the original creation.

Not always, write to us at trade@novinea.fr , we will respond to your request with a possible quote.

Of course ! You have two solutions:

1. Give us the references of the chosen fabric and we will order it for you
2. You can send it to us directly to the workshop of the craftsman or designer or partner brand. We will first ensure that the fabric is suitable before ordering it. Write to us at trade@novinea.fr or call us on +33 9 67 26 91 92.

Of course, we know how important it is to have samples and especially before validation of a large production. Send us your request to trade@novinea.fr

We can arrange delivery of the order with our preferred carriers. All costs are proforma and will be included in the final invoice. Two delivery options are offered: “White Gloves” and “Simple Delivery”.

For simple delivery, our transport partners unload the order and leave it at the outside door.

For white glove delivery, our transport partners check, collect, pack, transport, deliver, unpack, check again and install your order at the location of your choice.

Of course we deliver worldwide.

We require a 50% deposit to start production. The remainder of the order will be requested once production is complete and items are ready to ship.

The most used payment method is bank transfer. We accept payment by credit card. You can also pay by PayPal and in your local currency.

Yes, payments are all secure, including PayPal. Bank details are not kept.

If your address is in the United Kingdom, the applicable VAT is 20%. If the country of delivery is the same as the country of production, the applicable VAT is that of the country. If the country of delivery is in the European Union (except the United Kingdom and other than the production product), VAT is applicable unless your company has an intra-community VAT number. In this case, please let us know so that we can send you an invoice excluding VAT.

For all customers outside the European Union, import duties are not included in the prices displayed online. You may pay customs duties upon receipt of your order or later, depending on the customs legislation of your country. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes, but you may be required to pay local taxes to receive your order.

If you are ordering within your own customs zone or country, no import duties will apply. You will find in the detailed sheet of each product whether the product is transported from an EU member country or not. You may pay VAT, it will be included in the final price.
