MAGNUS OLESEN

Founded in 1937 in Durup, northern Denmark, Magnus Olesen grew out of a small factory specializing in bentwood seating. Its founder, a carpenter by trade, had a simple vision: to create sturdy, well-crafted furniture built to last in schools, town halls, and shared spaces.

Over the decades, the brand has grown, receiving international awards for its creations, and collaborating with renowned Danish designers. Today, each piece is still produced in its historic workshops, stackable, repairable, and customizable, using sustainable and certified materials, in an environmentally friendly approach.

Among its iconic models: the Butterfly chair, the Model 107 armchair, the Session and Soft modular systems, and the Freya collection. This sustainable, carefully designed furniture is renowned for its quality and environmental commitment.
