About the design

The Stefan Armchair is a piece of Polish design from the 1960s created to embody luxury and elegance for export. It features a simple modernist form with gently contoured armrests, reminiscent of classic Danish design.

The Stefan Armchair stands out for its organic design and its openwork planks on the backrest, offering exceptional comfort while maintaining its timeless elegance. It fits perfectly into modernist and contemporary interiors.

Inspired by Danish modernist heritage, the Stefan maintains a unique Polish touch with finely curved arms and a solid oak frame. It balances distinction and sobriety, paying homage to an elegant era while meeting current standards.

This reissue of the Stefan brings aesthetic and practical improvements, strengthening the organic curves of the armrests, adding brass supports to the legs, adjusting the dimensions to suit today's people, and improving the strength of the webbing belts and the quality pillows.

Celebrating its sixtieth anniversary, the Stefan Armchair is now available in a two- and even three-seater version, offering timeless comfort. A design icon that defies time.

  • For heavy packages (over 30 kg), a specialized transport service will be activated and your delivery will be by appointment. With this specialized transport*, your items will be delivered, unpacked and assembled in the room of your choice.
