PAYMENT

• Credit card, Apple Pay, Paypal, Bank transfer, Payment in installments with our partner Klarna.

DELIVERY

• Indicative delivery times are provided for each order.
• Delivery costs are calculated at the payment stage based on the country and the weight/volume of your products.
• Order tracking is available after receiving the shipping email, by logging into your Novinea account.
• You can choose a delivery slot based on the volume of your order, after contacting our team.
• We ask you to check your products carefully upon delivery and not to accept them in the event of defect or damage.

• You have 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• Products made for you: to order or tailor-made cannot be returned, except in the event of a design defect or damage during transport.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Place your item in its original packaging with its receipt.
2. Send us an email to support@novinea.fr or go to your Novinea account area and make your return request by selecting your item in the “Returns” section. We take care of the rest, nothing could be simpler!
