Le plateau en plastique recyclé fournit une surface lisse et non poreuse, adaptée aux usages intensifs. Entre deux services, un chiffon humide suffit pour remettre la table en état ; les traces disparaissent rapidement, sans procédure complexe.
Le piétement central en acier thermolaqué assure une stabilité fiable et libère l’espace pour les jambes. Les chaises se positionnent facilement et la circulation du personnel reste fluide, même en heure de pointe.
Modulable, la Moka carrée s’aligne bord à bord ou se jumelle pour passer de deux à quatre couverts selon l’affluence. Le choix d’une matière recyclée pour le plateau et d’un acier recyclable pour le piétement permet de concilier usage professionnel, entretien simple et démarche responsable.
